Skylark Surveyors is an independent, RICS-regulated residential surveying practice serving Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas. From listed period cottages and Victorian terraces, modern houses and flats, and rural properties, we provide clear, practical advice you can act on with confidence. We are independent of any Estate Agents or Lenders, we act solely in your interests.

Quality over volume is our ethos. We believe in taking the necessary time on site to carry out a detailed survey inspection, and to provide a useful, detailed, balanced report which you will find useful to act upon. Our reports explain our findings in plain English, and we are happy to speak with you after the survey to make sure everything is understood. We believe that local knowledge is important for surveying. We each work in the area that we live, bringing first-hand insight into local construction styles, and the common defects found in the area.

We offer a range of residential services; including RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, as well as valuations for Help to Buy/Target HCA, Shared Ownership (staircasing and resale), Probate/IHT, Capital Gains Tax and other private client needs.
