Skylark Surveyors is an independent surveying firm, specialising in all aspects of residential property. Our belief is that the duty of a professional is to act in the sole interests of the client. We provide a first-class service to our clients, whatever their property-related requirements, and invest time to understand their aspirations and expectations.

We have specialist knowledge and experience of properties of most ages from new build properties through to old Listed Buildings. Our advice is presented in a friendly, clear and efficient manner. Our objective is to ensure each client receives the guidance required to make informed decisions, confident with their knowledge about the property we have reported on.

We cover much of Surrey and Hampshire, including Farnham, Frensham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Church Crookham, Guildford, Godalming, Liphook, Haslemere, Bordon, Alton, Four Marks, Petersfield, Midhurst, and the surrounding villages.
