RICS Red Book Valuations
There are a number of reasons you may require an RICS Red Book Valuation. These include on the sale of a property purchased under the Help-to-Buy scheme, on the sale of a property where Capital Gains Tax may, or may not, be payable, and to calculate Inheritance Tax liability. We are able to provide a compliant report in a timely manner.
