RICS Red Book Valuations
There are a number of reasons you may require an RICS Red Book Valuation. These include on the sale of a property purchased under the Help-to-Buy scheme, or where there is a Capital Gains Tax or Inheritance Tax liability. We are able to provide a compliant, thoroughly researched report in a timely manner.
